I did when I was super bored and it was terrible. The guy has all the charisma of a potato. There a few little crews like that in Hollywood (Franco, Rogen, Hill, etc being another although their movies are arguably a step up from Sandler's) who basically get seemingly unlimited amounts of money just to mess around and make films that amuse them but few other people.

Exactly, his films have been all clique-y and self-indulgent for a while. Total cringe fests. But apparently people love them.

Sandler movies are just feel good movies to put on with your chick in bed. Theyre not meant to be great movies with the best material and plot.... not every movie is.

Imagine being so rich you don't have to work if you don't want to, so you decide to just make movies with your buddies and set them in exotic locations so when you're working, it's more like a long vacation that you can bring the wife and kids along for part of the time. Meanwhile, you spend all your days just goofing around on set and having fun.
