Sloot ghosted me then comes back after 3 months : wut do ?

Long story short : I was chatting with this girl back in early march, we were supposed to see each other before the lockdown prevented everything. We texted everyday and called each other every other day, one thing leading to another she loses interests and end up ghosting me at the end of April.

No hard feelings, I just move on with my life and decide never to talk to her again.That was until Monday. She came back from oblivion to wish me an happy birthday (she remembered) I could not leave such an attention unanswered so I gave in and we start to talk again.

Her excuse for disappearing : "I thought that you forgot me as you would not text me anymore, you're the man you're supposed to be leading the relationship".

Date is set for next friday but I already feel like it's not even worth it.

Shall I give it a try, have you ever been able to turn the tables with a sloot who ghosted you ?
