Aesthetically I'm pretty happy where I'm at now, for appearance only I'd just want to drop a few bf %.

Really just want to get stronger. I'm 5'6 and natty, proud of how far I've come by still playing the numbers game and want more. I routinely compare myself to people who have 50+lb of bodyweight on me and several inches in height lol. Was hoping to compete in the U80kg local strongman class this year, but with all the lockdowns I have no idea if that will still go on.

I've pretty much got it TBH ! I made a couple runs for OG big boy status (290-300lbs) and just didn't care to carry that much weight around (lean or with higher BF%)…

Like to stay around 250-260 which easily puts me in striking distance of 240-250 which is well into the single digit Bf% for me... Now the mind fk is maintaining!! when I am pushing forward its much easier to stay focused because I have a goal... oh well... Alpha problems gonna alpha

Pretty much 10 lbs or so heavier than I am now but at the same BF%, but I also said that 10 lbs ago.

I think I remember him making a misc account and getting in a fight with babyslayer, the 900lbs+ deadlift miscer, who had dated his sister before. Both seemed really unstable. Definitely not mirin life.

Just gotta bring up my arms and legs, maybe the thickness in the chest also. Being over 6' makes it hard to fill out.
