How do those 6'4 280 lbs dudes get so big?

There are a few guys in the gym who are just massive. Probably bigger than Goldberg. How do they do it?

These guys could probably be pro wrestlers but they just chill in the gym all night lol

I'm 6'6" and the biggest I have been is 255. I don't enjoy eating enough to get any bigger.

Feel best in the 225-230 range.

To be 300 pounds and lean requires something other than mother nature provides.
