Can forearm gains be made if
You have crappy inserts/bad genetics?
Life is over if you have no forearm muscle. And it’s next to impossible to build it no matter what you do if the genetics just aren’t there.
Am I rite?

Kai Greene is a pretty good example of a pro with no forearm glow

I don't know. I have forearms. I just do. I see guys that are most likely on tech using straps on lat pull down machines and not even close to stacking out. I stack out, no straps needed. But they are bodybuilding, I am trying to just go heavy.....so I can make pull ups look effortless. Grip is a non-issue, because I don't use straps and I don't have the mentality of using straps because grip gives out first before I can do.....whatever. As far as I am concerned, when grip gives out, stop there. You are just making a bigger, more stronger in pointless areas and a body that is less capable.
I think forearms are like calves. I don't know, I always had both. Have read some guys post that they were able to improve on it.

I'm leaning more towards genetics. I have long forearms and calves. Despite training them as much and as hard as my manlet friends who are shorter and stubbier, they've never gotten that big.
I don't know what everyone else thinks. In the past 2 years I've been training forearms and calves very minimally. I believe heavy weighted chinups, rows, deadlifts, squats, etc will inevitably work your extremities and that isolated forearm curls and calf raises won't do much.

If you are doing a fingering-girl session, try changing hand each time after she orgasms. You can get a solid forearm workout with the right technique. Preferebly laying by her side and "hooking" your hand inside her. You will feel the burn intesntly, especially if you already have lifted that day
Do 1 set of orgasm before you change hand.
Thank me later

On a second thought, not really something tempting to try. Feels like it's like jumping into the black ocean where you have no idea what's underneath

Yes, "come here motion" is what it's called in English
