225 lbs is the minimum to look like you lift unless manlet status

This is 6ft 215 barely bigger than the female in this pic




Just an example for people who think 200 or 215 lbs is big for non manlets

225+ is when you start to actually mog everyone else

Nah. Im 190 pounds and im the "jacked" guy in every group, term which i dont like btw. With 10 pounds more of muscle i start looking like gymrat roidcel status which isnt a good look.

Then again i live in Mexico and also i rarely hang out with amazonian whales

He's a Wrestling 6' 215. That means he's like 5'10 and 180.

Evander Holyfiled was 6'2 and anywhere between 205-226 in his heavyweight days. He looked like he lifted.

Also depends on how and where you carry your muscle. Holyfiled was all upperbody traps and delts since not natty.

fat dudes yes, had a bunch of coworkers who were 5'10-6'0 at around 220lb with their beerguts and I mogged the fuk out them at 5'11 and 180. Skinny fat arms/shoulders with a beergut ain't impressive sorry
