It swings decent amounts almost daily, its back up today. Its been hanging in mostly the .005 to .007 range since OP started shilling it. It would be a great stock to day trade if the ask/bid spread wasn't always jacked.

Not like anyone gives a chit but thought I would post on some changes to our favorite stock on the Misc. Checking out some news on IMUN, they got the votes to do the following.

1: Authorize the Company to issue up to 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, and designate 1,000,000 of such preferred shares as Series D Preferred Stock;

2: Effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding, but not authorized, common stock at a ratio between 800-to-1 and 1,000-to-1, to be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors and effectuated no later than December 31, 2019; and

3: Change the Company’s name to Forte Biotechnology, Inc.

but whats this mean

It means never invest in penny stocks.

Issuing the preferred shares to get more capital. Preferred shares have priority before common shareholders meaning dividends will be dispersed to preferred shareholdings before common shareholders. Also once the company goes bankrupt the order of reimbursement goes from Debt holders -> preferred shareholders -> common shareholders. So again, common shareholders are last in line.

Reverse stock split of 800 - 1 means that for every 800 shares you have is converted into 1 share. The purpose is to reduce the number of shares in the market and drive the price of the stock up (so it doesn't look like a piece of chit penny stock). The firm doesn't lose or gain any equity, they are simply restructuring the stock to increase the share price.

I am not saying any of this to you specifically but....

IMUN went to 5 cents and currently trades over 3 cents not .018. I called it at .006 cents. That is six/tenths of a cent. Not 6 cents.

TVOG I have not traded or talked about in over a year.

It has rebounded recently from .004 to .01.

When people put their picks on this board for GOOG or AZN for example, do we really expect someone to buy them and hold for over a year and not sell if it if goes up 500% within that year?

A pick is a pick. If it goes up you ALWAYS take some profits. Rule #1 in stock trading.

I bought IMUN way back when you said at like .0071 or something. It was bags for a year until I sold it for even. 3 Months after that I mooned. TVOG I sold for a loss.
