Shoulder surgery (srs)
anyone got experience with any sort of shoulder surgery whether it be labrum repair or Rotator cuff tear repair? ... Got a procedure for torn labrum coming up becuase of instability/pain and curious what to expect. Nothing too serious but seems like the recovery is somewhat lengthy. I am pretty serious about lifting so I fully intend on returning at or around 100%.
Cheers

I had rotator cuff surgery 4 years ago next month. My best advice is if you have a recliner sleep in it and follow Drs orders and don't try to rush back into lifting.

The few people I know who have gotten this type of surgery have fully recovered and exceeded PRs, was curious to see what Misc thinks

Deviating from your surgeon’s protocol could result in long term damage and lack of function.
