Nascars own footage shows multiple garages in 2017 at this same race track had the exact same pull handle/noose....It was a common garage pull at this race track over the years. This has been reported on even by liberal magazines and has been proven with video evidence (embedded video proof below)

The feds called it a noose because the pull handle fits the definition of a rope tied with a noose in it and not to confirm it had racial context..You can call a knot by its commonly known name and not infer racial context.

The "noose" was not racist, not a hate crime nor was it directed at Bubba...If you want to say it should have been investigated, fine. If you want to say (at this point) it was legitimate racism, then there is nothing anyone can do for you as video evidence and the facts do not align with this position.

Bubba had a chance to walk it back and bring everyone together...but he didnt. He fanned the flames...

100% wasn't a noose and was played up by NASCAR and DUMBASPN. But there's no reason to believe the driver was in on some scheme at this time. The only thing he did that was pretty pathetic was declaring it as some kind of hate crime even after the FBI came through and said it wasn't. Struck me as someone who wanted to hold onto his fleeting moment of surprising fame.
