Why do people group Indians with middle easterns?

Why do some idiots group in middle easterns & indians? Are people blind or retarded? Thats like saying White people & Native Americans look the same. Real middle easterns look nothing like Indians.
Indians are brown, or dark brown/black, middle easterns are tan, bronze or pale. Indians are part of the australoid/Caucasian race, middle easterns are part of the Caucasian race. Middle easterns have Caucasian features, Indians have australoid features. Indians arent muslim & dislike muslims for the most part. Inb4 Pakistanis look like Indians. Pakistani's ARE Indian, but some people think they are Arab, because of their religion. This is where the confusion comes.

Every single Indian scammer at the mall that I have encountered has 0 body & arm hair. I am a million times hairier & im only 13% north African. I'm not an Indian expert, but if you think middle Easterns & Indians resemble each other you might be retarded

it really depends what region you are originally from on how light or dark you are or whether you have white features vs non white features.

Those Indians look nothing middle eastern. The guy on the bottom looks a little but he can also be mistaken for white, guaranteed hes mixed. North Indians tend to be mixed. His facial features still arent like Middle Easterns
