How big are your arms when cold and flexed? (poll)

Also, if you would like to include height, bodyfat level or years you have trained feel free to

Keep in mind 13 inches is average for a non-trained man

inb4 90% of miscers have 20 inch arms

edit: round to nearest whole number
example 16.6 becomes 17
18.2 becomes 18 etc

I only measured when I was @160lbs (5'11") for an elbow sleeve, was just over 16". Post corona I'm 185lbs ish and weaker, but arms are probably bigger. I don't actually train arms, other than dips and pull ups. Don't really have peaks on my biceps, but triceps are really good.
