Fkn lmao at cost of living cope

"I make $40k in bumblefuk nowhere which is the equivalent of $100k in NYC/LA!"

How often do you hear this in income threads? Let's break it down for you retards:

Person A - makes $40k

Person B - makes $100k

Now let's pretend that because of cost of living, these two amounts provide the same lifestyle (it doesn't)

Person A - lives in the ghetto/trailer/redneck part of town

Person B - lives in one of the world's best cities

So who's doing better?

Newsflash: the cost of living is lower in your chit tier neighborhood becauseno one wants to live there

I live in Hawaii, which is officially the state with the highest cost of living. It's something like you need ~42/hour minimum in Hawaii, and ~40/hour minimum in New York (To rent a 2 bedroom)

There's a lot of other factors that drive up COL besides "people want to live here". That can actually be debated seeing as more Hawaii residents are leaving the state more than ever due to high COL.

Yes.

He listed his expenses and someone made fun of him for only being able to afford Ramen noodles when he goes out to eat.

Imagine making 100k in a city and still living in a apartment because the of "cost of living". No thanks jeff.

I'll take bum**** in the middle of nowhere with the low income and just drive to any place I want to for a vacation.

Make 400-500k/yr in the PNW in a city that has a median income of $46,273 a year. Cost of living here is dirt. I still spend a **** ton on my COL.
