Strong fukking everything.
1. You need to puff your chest more. This allows your upper back to curve more, allowing you to use your glutes more.
2. Because you didn't do #1, your glutes jumped too early at the beginning.
3. You're not popping with your hips at the end...also because you're not using your fking glutes.
Credibility:
Notice how my butt doesn't raise too early, allowing me to pop my hips later?

Hips raising first can be a symptom of poor leg drive (=weak legs, pulling with your back). Deficit deadlifts, low box narrow stance SSB could be good accessories

But as soon as you initiate the rep, you go to this:

The advice given by Danny was correct, but he didn't tell you how to do it. Sometimes it's as simple as a technique fix. But sometimes, this happens because you don't have enough hamstring development and your low back takes on the workload.

Shoulders too far over the bar. Little to no hip drive. Bent straight over with straight legs. Your chest is up a little bit more, yes.
Work your hamstrings more. Sit own into the deadlift and squat it up more so you can incorporate the hips, gluten and hamstrings into the movement.
Here's an ugly old fat guy who knows how to deadlift. Do it like that:

How did your back feel after? I feel like the start position is good but you kinda stand up a bit before lifting, thus making the start position less useful. I also think being short makes having good deadlift technique way harder.

My technique is a little rusty here, first time pulling off the floor in about 2 months, and only the 4th or 5th session pulling off the floor this year. But even with 425 there is hardly any flex in the bar.

lOL2PNJwyBA[/youtube
Try setting up a little farther back from the bar. Bar at midfoot is a good starting point cue, but for us guys with longish legs (relative to height) sometimes a little tweak is required. I setup for conventional pulls with the bar pretty much directly over my toes. That allows me the space to pull myself into the bar more without shifting it. Other than that your pulls look pretty solid brah.
As for the OP, Drew already addressed your issues as well as anybody could off one video clip.

Maybe it's okay advice for those with rounding issues but for the most part it's really meh advice. You want you deadlift to look like one smooth motion, rather than your hips raising up.
Try taking a big breath and puffing your chest out right now while in your chair, then breathe out as much as you can. You'll notice your chest is going down and your abs contracting = good brace

Also I'm going to disagree with the advice of puffing your chest out. I don't think it's necessarily something you want to strive for at all and from experience it puts guys lower back in an overextended position which you don't want. Maybe it's okay advice for those with rounding issues but for the most part it's really meh advice, at best you don't want to overexaggerate it. If you find yourself having to your shoulders are probably in poor position from the start.
You want you deadlift to look like one smooth motion, rather than your hips raising up.
The best cues and advice ive been given overall is keep near vertical shins, "squeeze your armpits" as hard as you physically can, this will ensure your lats and lower back are locked in tight. Your hips should be at the same height from the beginning of the lift to the end of the lift. Keep your butt back to allow room for your hips/glutes to thrust generating more power.
