What routine are y’all currently doing through this

A lot of Bull on the front page typical incel and Sloot threads.

So just wondering what lifting routines y’all are currently on as I’m looking for a change up.

Been doing a 3 day split focusing on stability and endurance the past 6 weeks and off days hitting sprints and agility work.

Looking for a 4 day split to try out starting next week.

So as stated what are y’all on and have any recommendations?

Just started 3 days a week: lower, upper vertical, upper horizontal

Running it for 3 weeks heading into a week long vacation. Body is beat up right now. Old man and weights have gotten pretty heavy in my past 5 months of training.

Was running upper/lower benching and squatting twice a week. All-time PRs for 3 reps in squat and 1RM on bench. Body feeling it now.

Agreed waiting too long after an injury really can make the injury worse in the long run

I ran this in 2014 and also was hitting my best PRs ever but was feeling much better physically back then.

It is great for strength but felt it for sure
