How do i get a body like Meat loaf ?

Kinda tall, broad, really thick forearms etc. Broad barrel chest, the definition of effortlessly manly and a natural muscular physique. Sure he's not 10% but he's in his 70s so that can be forgiven.

How does one attain a physique like this?

As a kid, every time my parents made meatloaf, they'd flatten the meat into a square and then layer ham and muenster cheese onto it and then roll it like a cinnamon bun.

Whenever I tell someone about it, they look at me like I'm insane, but it's obviously way better than a fukken giant log of ground beef with ketchup on it.

So, to answer your question, OPie, Meatloaf the dude is very clearly named after my parents' recipe.
