Miscers would all go to some streaming site with a chat box, eventually started calling the family "The Chins" as if it were a TV show.

Yeh it was a massive part thread called Keeping up with the zchan or the chans or chan something and it was a live stream from a unsecured webcam of a chinese family in an apartment wkth the mom daughter dad and dog and it think they were from hong kong not sure
