For men, insta is all about QUALITY. Even if you only have one pic of you doing a backflip shirtless on a dirt bike, that's infinitely better than having a 100 ghey posts of uninteresting bs literally no one cares about like your new dog, that wedding you went to, or what you had for dinner. That's what women post





Perfect example of what your insta should look like. Sloots get wet seeing you blow money and do cool chit not giving a phuck, like this youtuber does.

Insta is terrible for mental health. I quit mine and only use it to store photos for myself sometimes. I don't follow anyone.

It's a way to connect with people.

Also, it's a great way to advertise and promote your business.

If you're just working for someone else and on your free time just go home to eat and gym, you don't need it.

But if you have a business, combined with a large network, along with aesthetic pictures - **** is good as gold

Example of a hybrid personal/business ig that's not fitness related?

I agree that's another route to take. this way you are doing it purely for the basis of business and it's a win win if you can sneak in aesthetics.

Haven't really come across any profiles like that aren't some ******* promoting personal training

Yes but she's modeling the underwear. Any examples where the person isn't modeling clothing or clothing accessories
