so im finally going to commit to it

40 days and 40 nights dry fast


gonna be the hardest thing i ever do


i know its summer so if i get too dehydrated (kidney pains) I may return to water and finish the 40 days as a water fast but I will try my best to avoid this

That's not how it works with water. You don't have enough water in your body to last 40 days, let alone 2 weeks. Your body if going to start absorbing water from whatever comes in contact with your body just to get some of its fix.

you would have to be a spiritual person to get it

but essentially when you defy your carnal nature not only do you gain control and will over your being but you transcend beyond the daily grind of food and you are better able to elevate yourself in whatever areas of your life you desire

for me I wish to connect with my heart to learn again what it means to be compassionate to love and unite as one with all things

i think because i play the "nice" card people assume I am all these things but as men we all know that deep down inside we aren't the same free spirit we were when we were younger and its taking away from the fullness of life we are to be embracing
