Just finished David Goggins' book

Motivating as fuark/10 and all around a good read

Was already a huge Goggins fan and the book just solidifies his place as the hardest fuker alive. Did 100 pullups/300 pushups and 20 mins on assault bike on my off day cause I was feeling like a weak bitch after reading it

I noticed that too he went into a lot more detail on his early life and time as a SEAL

His book and his messages in general need to be practiced in todays weak minded beta society. He just became obsessed with the idea of being uncomfortable which made him push himself to the limits and in return being able to control the mind with ease as your brain is always looking for comfort and comfortability. When you challenge it daily you take control.

Agreed, book became repetitive after 7 hours (Audiobook) . Literally him just saying “im uncomfortable hurr durr push through hurrr durr” every 5 minutes
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

-Stop giving af about what other people think
-Your circumstances don't limit you, you limit you
-Go hard on the things you're weak at
-When you're going through hell, keep going
-Dont put anybody on a pedestal
-STAY HARD

His wisdom is common sense, but the real magic in the book is seeing someone live it. He is a living reminder that people CAN overcome crazy obstacles. It's in the mindset. STAY HARD

Yeah, he's a one trick pony and it starts to get very redundant/tiresome.
