Any one here on the misc have 20 inch arms in relatively lean condition?

Any one here on the misc have 20 inch arms in relatively lean condition? Or close to it? E.g. 19+ inches

Got any pics? Advice? How long did it take? how tall are you

Apparently Arnold and The Rock both have 20+ inch arms





Biggest arms here were 50cm (19.6 inches). Most likely all juicers with elite genetics who have been training for years. So if you arms are 20 inches lean you are truly something speciaal

Anyone know if this is true

Arnold Schwarzenegger claimed to have 22-23 inch arms pumped. Arthur Jones measured Arnold's arms when they were pumped, and they taped out at 19 3/4 inches

17 inches is bigger than most of the population. I read somewhere that 15 inches is bigger than 95 percent of the population. Also is that flexed or unflexed measurement

16's in lean condition are decent for 6'0. You have to consider that miscers have much tougher standards on whats considered big. We have been exposed to the bodybuilding community and images of huge professional bodybuilders that we feel we are small ourselves.

I guarantee if you have 16 inch arms, 90+% of the general public will think you are huge. the misc, maybe half will think its big

Most are manlets who have no idea how big a 6’0 person is. I always lol when I move in front of the rack to make all them screaming-for-attention manlets move away from being right in front of an area people need to access. They literally cower in fear as they think they are bigger right until you are right next to them. The looks in their eyes are priceless.

Currently 16 at 5'6" height. They honestly dont feel big.

THat said I am 16%BF so would realistically be 15.5 if I cut to 10% BF based on the big of fat I carry on my arms.
Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.

17 flexed but tape is tight when wrapped around

18s with a pump


there's a few exceptions but to get past 17' lean i think 99% of population will need a nice cool glass of OJ

My guess is he has large bones too. I have a fine build but very wide clavicles. If I had a bigger wrist size, I probably would have been 17’s and lean at my biggest. I could never carry myself off at 220 though. I’d be too fat. I’ve lifted for a long time too.
