20 inch arms, lean, are impossible naturally. unless you’re close to 7ft tall

6'0 and 21 inch wide clavicles is perfect!
Also, those with wide clavicles can get away with having a little belly fat, because their shoulders are so wide their waists appear small.
21 inch clavicles is well over average, which i believe is 18 inches for an adult in the US

depends on your height and genetics. I have 18s naturally wouldn’t be surprised if I could get lean 19-20 on OJ

Agreed with the proportion part. Having 20 inch arms is good but if you have narrow tiny shoulders or chicken legs or a pigeon chest to go with it it will look weird. you need to be built all over

Last time I was single digit BF% (maybe 2 years ago) arms measured at 19" cold. I have all of my other measurements recorded in my training journal.. I would have to dig it out and see where I was everywhere else. 2020 has definitely been a fkng whore for gains (or fat lose) but whatever... back on the grind by any means necessary


And nothing to do with being lean but 20"+ in this pic for sure.... lol... @ 270ish lbs

6'3", 250 pounds, with 19"-ish arms. Definitely not as lean as I want them to be, and to get legit 20 inch biceps, it will take a decent amount of time. If I leaned out, I'd say I'd be at 18.25" Biceps. To get to a legit 20" plus, I think it would take 3-5 years of time. You could get 20" fatceps pretty easily, but they will look like chit.
