Should you still train when ure sick?

I have headache and my body temp is slightly higher. But no runny nose and sore throat.

Would you still hit the weights? Or just do a low intensity cardio? Or just better to not doing anything and just take a rest?

Ok thanks brah. I think I kinda recall a time when I forced myself to train and the sickness got even worse the next day,

Probably better off with R&R

Hydrate, relax and then hit it with intensity when you get better

If a proper work out is too hard to do when sick, stick a finger up the bum and start doing sit ups when you locate the prostate.
