To get to a legit 20" plus, I think it would take 3-5 years of time. You could get 20" fatceps pretty easily, but they will look like chit.
And Franco Columbo had 18 inch guns.

Mine were 19" at biggest, used to have pics but obviously had to delete bodyspace and all my pics/videos because 2020
I was 250 and on an absolute fukton of creatine tho, and could close grip 405 for reps and do dips for reps with 6 plates.
These days I barely break 18" on trt and a higher bf% but I'm ok with that
edit, here's pumped current TRT fatceps @ 230ish and soft

And nothing to do with being lean but 20"+ in this pic for sure.... lol... @ 270ish lbs

I don't bench over 2 plates since I've had 3 shoulder repairs and a (thankfully minor) pec tear.
I incline'd the 120s for 10 with a pause the other day and that's probably the heaviest I've gone in a while. 90% of my training is done on machines now I'm old, and for high reps

When I was competing in power lifting 2006 to 08 my flexed and pumped arms were 20 1/4" R and 20 3/8" l. 6'3" competed in 308 and 308+. Probably %22 to 25 BF. Now 275 and 18 3/4" I might be a little leaner now though.

Past 40 the reward for showing off in the gym becomes much less attractive vs the risks involved
I've had 10 surgeries in total (mostly bone spur induced) and its just not worth risking another. Same reason why I only do TRT even tho it's hugely tempting to "just do one short cycle" I know I'll probably hurt something again

"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."
