Optimum testosterone levels?
According to this source (http://www.healthyandstrong.com/horm...fety-in-men/):
Testosterone levels of 700-1100 ng/dL are considered optimal and are associated with greater energy, motivation, confidence, concentration and memory, muscle mass and strength; reduced body fat; improved sleep quality; enhanced sexual function; and better health overall.
But 700 is quite high, right? I bet lots of miscers have T-levels below 700?Eastern European

you don't need to worry about testosterone judging by your current life path
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

700 isn't that high, it's just healthy.
558 is OK too, i'd expect yours to be lower if your avi is actually you lol.
Sub 300 is when you really need to be concerned.

How can your test levels be 558 but you look like you in your avi?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

ya i think thats a good healthy range actually. usually doctors have a ridiculously low range they quote for whatever reason (250-500)...
the "optimal" testosterone level though, imo, would be as high as you can possibly get it without having unwanted effects.

Optimum levels are probably in the 2700-3000 range.

I thought I remembered reading something like that a long ago.
Tldr: if someone has no problem gaining strength and muscle, should they worry if their levels of T are low?

Good god! If I was part of the elite, I would encourage and make it legal for all American males to B & C to have a high test society.

Doesn't a clomid and/or HCG cycle raise test levels? (we can discuss these right, they're not steroids)

Also, pretty sure we're not allowed to discuss them.

You need to understand that your OJ changes constantly throughout the day, you can't say "I'm 700"
We only use your result as a baseline and it needs to be checked twice in the morning after 12 hours minimum of fasting to even get that.
Your bone structure in relation to your height is what determines your stature and mass, you can peak at 1000 ng/dL daily and be 5'7 125lbs, it's not a direct correlation.
To answer his question, they indirectly raise OJ yes.
Better delete that comment Bert boyo
