Either I’m being gangstalked or this town has the worst vibes ever.

By gangstalking i don't mean the paranoid “FBI and CIA wiretapping my house”. What i mean is that a bunch of dumb *******s in my hometown who hated me in highschool has spread rumors about me to mutual friends now I’m somewhat infamous and slightly unaware of how widespread the rumors are. I thought i was crazy at first but now i know for sure theres some validity to the claim after these recent situations.
Wall of text incoming just skim through a couple situations

Situation 1: Used to work at this job last year with perfect strangers. This one girl i was partners with pretended like she didnt know “of me” for a whole month. We were talking and she let it slip that she knew one of my sisters who now stays in Colorado. I never mentioned my sister to this sloot. I had never seen or heard of this sloot at all before this job, yet she knew who i was and who my sister was. I don't even think i mentioned my last name to her.

Situation 2:Same job i was working in one area with some old guys. Again MF’s i never met before working there. Later i find out through my uncle they had been talking chit about me to him. Again never mentioned my uncle, my uncle, to my knowledge didnt even know i had the job. We ran into each other in town and he starts talking about how these co-workers were talking chit about me.

Situation 3:Multiple times i have caught people taking pics of me in public. This one random white chick took a pic of me a year or so ago while i was on a break at my job(different job than the one mentioned above). She thought i didnt see her because her windows were tinted but I caught her, did a double take, and she immediately flustered and dropped her phone.
I tried to brush this off as her doing something else, then I tried to tell myself even if she was being rude and filming me, maybe she thought i was looking weird or some chit. But now I’m pretty sure she knew “of me”


I’m not saying this is something the whole town is in on at all. Just a particular group of people in my side of town where youre certain to see the same 25 people everytime you go out.


You can call these claims crazy or me being paranoid but literally everytime i leave my city or travel i have none of this chit happen.
I don't change a bit. I’m actually more cautious in a new place yet people respond to me friendly and sociable. Even here when i met people who are from out of town we kick it off then they mention theyre from Idaho or where tf.


Any of you brahs ever experienced some chit like this? I’m sure this is more common to not. Small towns tend to form little cliques. If you see someone around all the time no one knows about (because said person keeps to themselves) obviously they’ll be outcasted.

I aint mad though its just something i noticed how small brain these mfs act as if they have anything i want. This town is literally nowhere and they’re nobody’s. Its crazy people actually gossip like this irl. Sad really

That’s typically how it is brah. For a while I wondered why it seemed like people pushed me away in my hometown then i realized these mf’s are just a bunch of tradies and fck ups. Not to toot my own horn or sound like a self-absorbed as but ive never been about that rotter small town life and it shows in how i carry myself.

Had people mention to me on occasion I’m too “squeaky clean” and chit. People who are discontent see people like me and try and drag them in the mud. Its legit entertaining watching them try

People gossip. IDK what happened. Maybe an ex smeared you? You should confront people and ask why they are treating you this way. Be honest and up front. Your reputation matters, and this sort of thing can ruin your life. Alternative is to just move away.

Situation 4:Once went to the library with my younger sister for a speaker event. We waited for 20 mins in a study area. Two guys ive never seen in my life walk by us and mumble “This dude at the library with his sister” then snicker. My sister heard it also and made a comment. I was dumbfounded as to how they knew of me but this really confirmed some chit was going on in this town. I didnt approach them because thats exactly what they wanted.

Went to a fireworks show last year the town over for the 4th of july. We end up seeing a guy that used to work at the local maw and paw convenience store down the street from my home. He’s working at the park the fireworks show is taking place at. This guy never talked to me mind you. We were just familiar with seeing each other.

Literally 3 day or so later i walk into the convenience store and one of the middle aged ladies thats been working there for years mentions to me that this mf saw me at the park... Like that was such a nothing thing to mention.. I didnt speak to him at the park i just noticed a mf staring at me like a deer in the headlights as i sat on a hill drinking a beer..

Don't pay any mind to that chit brah. If you let them know it bothers you it'll make a million times worse. What type of rumors are they spreading?

If you’ve never lived in a small town you wouldnt understand how fckn nosey and insidious mf’s are. Almost every older black person i strike up a convo with in this town eventually end up asking me my last name so they can then label me with my families reputation in the town.

This is incredibly common in a small town so gossip and reputation smearing isnt some schizophrenic conspiracy you claim it to be

I don't know. But if you were my loved one, I would urge you to speak with someone who could help you work through this. It's totally possible that people are being gossipy bitches, and if that's the case, you now have a neutral party who can help you navigate this suckiness. Other things are possible too, and I'd want you to rule those things out.

My physique? While most mofos around here have beer guts, My physique is still pretty average. Athletic skinny it looks like i hit the gym but now too hard.

Unless you mean my physique makes it seem like people can take me so they are constantly jogging me, i can see how thats plausible.
