NHS... our health service. Maybe chromosomes are seen as different in USA though.

Anyone with a Y chromosome is defined scientifically and legally as a male in the UK.

Edit: Still 2 sexes. One with a Y chromosome and one without. No matter what other variation.

Present Y chromosome? Male. Man He/Him
No Y chromosome? Female. Woman. She/Her

Simple. Logical definition.
That is fine. Anyone with a Y is male is a perfectly valid definition. It does not, however accurately capture the notion. An XY with complete androgen insensitivity is a male by your definition even if he identifies as a she and lives her whole life with female external anatomy. Would you force this person to use a male bathroom? Your law probably isn't enforced much.

From a male perspective I also find it disgusting that medicine does this, and changes guys to guys that look like girls with a p****, and some men can't tell the difference, and these male/chicks don't even admit they are a guy, they lie about it (not all but doesn't matter) so they can trick you.

But from a money perspective I understand it, they make tons of money with these operations so of course they are going to be doing it.

If we cannot accurately compute an answer to what race someone is, that means it is kind of a dumb thing to talk about right?

What isn't dumb is we can identify cases of when people experienced bigotry and prejudice. Often these people unify under a banner of a "race".

I am glad we agree on the definition of male and female. However we are now currently talking about the poor people with a sexual development disorder, who are less than 0.5% of the population and who have frequently spoke about not wanting to be used in the trans debate.

The trans debate is about people who more than likely (extremely more than likely) don’t have a sexual development disorder. They have a mental issue that causes them distress. They still have the bodies that their chromosomes designated for them and no amount of slicing or HRT is going to change that.

Women have been historically oppressed because of their biology... not because they liked pink and high heels. To not acknowledge that is regressive as fuk and chits on the women who fought and are still fighting for equal rights.

To say that women could have escaped...

being selectively aborted/dumped in a shallow grave at birth in China
having their clits cut off in FGM cases
being forced incubators after being sold as child brides
having to fight tooth and nail for the right to vote
Massively disproportionate risk of rape/sexual assault
Having to fight for their own sports due to not being strong or fast enough to aftually compete with males.
Not being allowed to use their own name in public/medication (still happening in Afghan now)
The right of being beaten by their husbands (written into the holy bible).
Burned as witches in the middle ages.
Not able to inherit from their families
Being automatically trumped for rights to title by a younger brother
The urinary leash
The mesh vaginal repair scandal
Not being able to have her own bank account
Needing her husband or father to accompany her outside (Still happening in Arab countries).
Not being allowed to drive or have a career.
And so much more.

All of this historical and ongoing oppression happened because women were female, not because they “felt like a woman”. You tell a young child who has just had her clit sliced off or been married to a 40 year old man that it happened because she liked wearing dresses and had long hair. That she should have worn trousers and spoke in a deeper voice that day.

Men did not experience that chit, they never had to fight to avoid that chit. They do not get to silence us for not being inclusive of them when talking about that chit.

Anyways, it's not my problem if a man decides he'll kill himself if his gender isn't affirmed. I don't care, just like I don't care when my mother throws herself on the ground screaming that she'll kill herself if she doesn't get what she wants. This whole "but they're suicidal" thing is just not compelling - healthy adults do not threaten to kill themselves if they don't get their way, and it only furthers the notion that most are suffering from mental illness and personality disorders. I don't negotiate with narcissistic manchildren and I cannot begin to express how unwilling I am to flex my boundaries for dysphoric men. Not. My. Problem.
