When I was a chubby/fat powerlifter I was less depressed and drank less srs

I had lifting goals i was always chasing, hitting pr's, feeling like a beast in the gym, when i wasnt in the gym i was thinking about my next workout and wut numbers i had in plan. Eating a ton of food no calorie restrictions really, those massive post workout meals knowing ur fueling ur lift gains. I drank much less alcohol than i do now. I am 170ish now at 5'8, whereas last time i was in lifting heavy mode i was 200ish. Most i ever weighed was 245 but that was just pointless i was pretty much just as strong at 200. Only thing that stopped me was too many back and knee issues, was lifting heavy from 19-31 years old most of the time. Now that im relatively lean i do get way more attention from women/people obviously and seeing definition and veins and being lighter is great but i really miss that old lifestyle, and even if i wanted to slowly ease my way back into that lifestyle, with the gyms being all weird and germaphobic it wouldnt be the same and knowing i might get some strains again might not be worth it. Still lifting right now obviously but lighter/higher reps/more bodyweight stuff too.

For sure, it's a fun way to train. Not with you on the drinking less though, fueled my first major bulk with McDonald's and four lokos.

Currently 5'8" and cutting from 180s myself. I'll almost definitely start another bulk within a year, but I'm curious where I'll be at and how hard I'll be able to go with that. Haven't been sub 12% since starting lifting 6 years ago when I was just a skinny track kid.

I switched to doing mainly calisthenics. It's a lot more interesting to me than working out to change how I look and I don't ever want to injure myself again because of a workout. When I say calisthenics, I mean planche, handstands, front lever....skills. Also, ya...make full range of motion pull ups and dip look like I weigh nothing.

I am proud of my fellow ‘08 join date for not crying about being a manlet.

I understand why you need the drink, but do cut it out.

Yeah, not eating anything you want anytime definitely has a downer effect on the mood.

Stay strong, bro.
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

get a blood test testing the 3 main levels for liver function and a GGT test (srs). If they are all right, we're all gonna be ok. Stop drinking and PM me (srs). You have a funny personality. Don't give up (srs)

I was so tired and hungover today too. Boss wanted to give me extra work during the day so I get some OT but I cudnt bring myself to get out of bed till 4pm.
