You have to see the woman IN REAL LIFE. The total package. You guys down here don't get the opportunity to judge the full picture in some cases. And it's near impossible for a natural female BB to have a ripped/shredded lower body, even when she's always been naturally lean (me, for example).

Edit: I misc-understood the title and the original post, because ripped WOMEN are "frowned upon" down here. My bad, again. We just aint jiving.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

this forum is low-vibrational, it consists of a bunch of people that lives the average joe lifestyle that they aint happy with deep inside

people with such a state of mind cant be happy for others success since they aint going anywhere themselves

hence they try to steer away naive questioners from things that would be benificial for them

its just crab in bucket at its finest

Your aesthetics are a feeling you impact on others - that's why the whole package - especially attitude is the core of what's important

The fuk? The question is pretty straight forward. Yes it helps immensely

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. I said this before - it just complements the attitude / the face / the personality / the aura - not the aesthetics itself.

If I was a little bitch and pulled a "Conor Murphy" asking girls if they thought I looked attractive and acted needy while I was doing it I might as well not have aesthetics.

to be fair.. like tomohokk suggested it's pretty much the wrong mindset. though i do think there are extra good benefits

the whole "pleasing women" thing won't get you far

it should be more the other way around

but hey if it gets someone healthier and doing stuff hopefully it leads to other beneficial stuff

Exactly - the minute you start doing anything to please someone else you're gonna sell yourself short and be disappointed. Doing things to please other people - That's what bitches do.

You gotta do it for you. If you're just doing it to try to obtain a positive reaction from someone else you will quit because it wouldn't be worth it

Because being super lean and ripped is a very masculine trait. Biological females on the other hand are programmed to carry a bit more bodyfat % on them, though yet not actually fat. Hence, most straight guys find softer, more feminine women (who aren't going land whale mode) attractive.

Think about how many women would actually find the prime Ronnie Colemans or prime Jay Cutlers of the world physically attractive. Most would be repulsed by the extremes they took it to. Same principle applies for men when talking about how attractive they find extremely ripped females, except it's even more off putting for them because it just seems even less natural than the guys with OJ gushing through their gills.

Never heard it frowned upon once to be honest.

I could use a solid 8 weeks of hard training and eating clean right now. It can do wonders for all aspects of your life.

Similar to when you have a group of fat girls and one of them starts losing weight lmao, its very funny to see how angry and rustled the others will get, saying comments like "You are looking sick now IMO" or "You shouldnt feel the need to fit society's idea of beauty", basically trying to bring her down.

Like another miscer said, its crabs in a bucket mentality. I say whatever is driving you to better yourself, use it. If achieving it makes you happy, then by all means do it, regardless if you are doing it to get stronger, get more attention from woman, buy the newest car, climb the tallest mountain, whatever so be it. I will highfive anyone with positive goals and dreams regardless of the origin of their motivation or what results they have in mind.

GOAT bodybuilder and one of the most succesfull men in history, Arnold Schwarzenegger said it himself:

Dont mind negative people, they will find something to bring you down with. Theres always a reason.

Because if your a FA loser that can't socially interact with women when your average or out of shape. That's not likely to improve by much once your in shape. What, you think women are just going to run up to you and beg you to fukk and you don't need to communicate with them?

Obviously being in shape is a good thing. Better health. More confidence. Etc. But its not going to get you laid if you have a ton of other barriers. Its an unrealistic expectation some miscers set for themselves.

Lift for yourself, not other people.

Because the misc doesn't want you to commit suicide once you get absolutely ripped and discover you still can't pull chicks because you have the personality of a potato. A personality now made even worse by body dis morphia and ego.

This "do it for yourself" cookie cutter line makes me cringe a bit. I mean, do you picture Michael Phelps training to be the best swimmer of all time if he couldnt compete or be seen by anybody? Do you see Arnold working and training 16 hours a day if nobody would have found out?

People using that phrase ITT dont quite get what it means. Yes, do things for yourself, do itfor your hapiness. If you want to work your ass off and get rich for women, or to buy nice things, for attention, or whatever, if that whats make you happy then at the end of the day you are doing it for yourself. OP, fact of the matter is that getting fit will give you a bunch of benefits. Health, respect, confidence, attention from women, etc. Its a sum of things that make becoming the best version of yourself extremely worth it. Well for starters, don't ever try to be anyone you're not - ex. trying to act 'macho' or 'alpha' or otherwise do things for the sake of impressing people - aka a tryhard *******. This is why you laugh for the sake of laughing so that you give others approval. Don't give anyone approval unless they earn it.

Really get to know yourself - what you like and dislike, then start doing the things and partaking in hobbies that make you truly feel at home. It could be anything - you watch anime? Own that ****. You ****ing love anime and nobody is gonna change your mind about it. Just don't get to the point of obsession like a waifu. Then that's when something will hit you and you will find something you're truly good at, something that gives you a reason to wake up early and stay up late at night. Now at this point you already know yourself, give 0 ****s, and whatever you want to say you say it. You see a woman down the street you introduce yourself and tell her she looks beautiful. Some dude talks **** to you, you brush it off because his words don't affect you.

At that point you will reach a level of swag that aesthetics alone could never get you. The aesthetics will only complement but never replace it.

So if OP puts in years of dedication and hard work. Achieves his 10/10 shredded goal physique. But is still rejected by women because he's an awkward guy. Do you think he's going to spend the rest of his life grinding and training for his own benefit?

If he's 300lbs and obese and he loses 100lbs maybe that will help him immensely. But if he's just an average guy that can't talk to women because he's too shy/awkward getting shredded might not change anything. There have been a ton of miscers in the past that have complained that once they got shredded they still had problems with women.

I'm not trying to dissuade him chasing his goals. But if he does achieve his goal and it has 0 affect on his dating life. He shouldn't be too upset about that.

Interesting, when you say don't try to be someone you're not, what do you think about trying to mimic a certain male archetype, for example James Bond? Obviously a fictional character but I don't doubt there are people out there who are crushing it in all parts of life (career, relationships, health). I think it's slightly different from what you're talking about, as its more about BEING about it rather than TALKING/ACTING macho, which I agree with.

Could you expand on the laughing giving others approval?

i agree about knowing yourself, i feel like I'm still in the phase of finding something that I enjoy and gives me purpose

Life is about the journey man. Hipothetically if OP achieves a 10/10 physique and by some out of wordly reason the attention he gets from women doesnt increase, he will then be aware of it. He will only then know for sure that for his particular goal being shredded doesnt make a difference, but at least now hes SURE of that and is aware that he has to adjust his plan accordingly.

He is back at the starting point, except now he has a 10/10 physique, is more self-aware, fitter, learns the power that dedication and discipline have over achieving any goal, etc. And best of everything, he has experienced being shredded and doesnt need to listen to what others say about it, he now knows whats that like.

Again, life is about the journey. Let people walk the walk by themselves, thats what moulds a person. If you tell somebody to not follow their dreams because you disagree with their motivation, you are a naysayer no matter how you paint it.

You tell them "you wanna lift for girls? Then by all means start lifting *******, maybe you will learn a thing or two about yourself on the way".
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I think it's slightly different from what you're talking about, as its more about BEING about it rather than TALKING/ACTING macho, which I agree with.
Our personality stems from the complete sum of influences we've had in our lives - whether it be friends, parents, siblings, media, etc. You will know the difference of what's authentically you. For instance, if you like the suaveness of James Bond's character that's great. But if you're just a generally spastic person that says whatever with no filter then maybe that personality just doesn't suit you. We're all on a journey to find out who we are so the more people we meet, the more movies we watch, the more events we attend, the more things we do etc, will shape who we want to be.
Could you expand on the laughing giving others approval?

i agree about knowing yourself, i feel like I'm still in the phase of finding something that I enjoy and gives me purpose
Some people smile and laugh so that other people like them. You'll know when a laugh or smile isn't genuine and it's disingenuous and offputting. Chicks do that stuff. Men shouldn't. We laugh and smile when people genuinely make us happy, not to put on some ****gy act so the other person will like us.

Most people who do undergo a significant body transformation has had some type of trauma in their life that made them go through the physical pain to undergo these changes. If you were just a regular dude lifting to "get bitches" it's not gonna last - because 1. They don't care as much as you do about your body and 2. You're lifting not to transform or better yourself, but to get a resultFROMresults.

Change has to come from within, and if you're doing it for the chicks it's just gonna lead you down a road where nothing will be good enough. Just look at the state of the misc. You have incels who lift and look great - lifting 5/7 days a week and eating dry, no-seasoned chicken, but their mindset is still of a perpetual victim. For ex: "Why lift when it's about the face?" "Why lift when tradie?" "Why lift when dik not big enough?" If you haven't noticed, even though these incels lift, their mindset will be that they have to be 6'3, 200 lbs 7% bodyfat, 7 figures income, 9 inch dick and that anyone below 8/10 will not get laid. The fact is, when you begin the journey of lifting for women (like these misc incels are doing):You're putting yourself in a position where you have to do something to impress someone else and it will never be enough.

They are all living in the delusion that "once I get this, then I will be happy." This is why we don't lift for bishes. We lift for us.
