The internet is really just a horrible toxic place.
I dunno what it is but lately I've just come to the realization that the internet itself is just a terrible place.
People flexing to strangers, starting sh!t (not trolling), seeking copious amounts of validation, trying to be public figures, arguments over anything and everything...
Really makes me see how terrible the internet really is and wanting to pretty much disconnect myself from it.
Seems like everyone's on edge these days

You find what you seek OP. Stop opening social media constantly and looking for stuff that pisses you off. There's so much useful information that you can teach yourself to do almost anything, entertainment to find and knowledge to learn.
I self taught networking through online videos and got a good job in the field. I'm currently doing the same but with Python so I can get an even better job. Once I have a firm understanding of those combined I'll look into pen testing and ethical hacking for even more opportunity.

-It has made an unbelievable amount of knowledge and information readily available, which has also destroyed out society's ability to critically think
-It has allowed us to be entertained at all times, yet we are all bored and constantly searching for entertainment
-It has connected us to people all over the world in mass amounts, while also isolating us socially in real life
-It has become a funnel to show your skills, personality, and life to others, while also exacerbating our insecurities and faults to everyone
-It has allowed us to so much good for others and bring awareness, while also exploiting our vices and sins
-It has allowed people to meet, find, and create relationships with people across the world, but has also increased the ability to cheat.
I can go on and on, but this sudden major increase in the internet's capabilities and functioning has created a monster. All of the positives in life it compounds in so many ways, also does the same with the horror and negatives in life.
It's down to you and how you use it.

In all honesty though I think a lot of the danger and bad energy comes from people intentionally manipulating things or being paid to do so. Even what can be considered the basics like a Google search or trip advisor review are rigged. Now consider all the billions being dumped into organizations with the aim of directing public opinion or changing society.
Everyone has a crazy female cousin (or few) that immediately bitch out delta airlines publicly on Twitter after they hear your bag was lost. These are the sheep that were manipulated into this new way of societal behavior. Just look at the obvious paid for responses to everything on Twitter to see where they learned this.
