If it's just the idiot citizens on the left vs the right, then absolutely. Even the BLM/Antifa rioters who have now taken to using stolen guns... basically have zero training and are going to lose 9 out of 10 armed confrontations.

The real issue is going to be lib governors attempting to use the police, national guard, etc to confiscate guns. This actually was done illegally post-Katrina.

I think most cops and most military would refuse, but you can't count on that. And you can't dismiss that even if a fraction of them do, it's going to get messy.

Also remember in California and elsewhere, they've threatened to turn off the power and water to uncooperative businesses. The idea they would do this to neighborhoods is far from out of the question.

Personally so tired of everyone being so extreme right or left and everything being political. I hated Hilary and trump and I hate Biden too. Bailouts being used for billionaire companies while local businesses fail, people being dickheads to employees for enforcing a company policy on wearing masks when all you have to do is throw a piece of cloth over your face for 3 minutes when the employees have to wear it for hours on end. Racists idiots, morons who hate cops...media and the rich having way too much control over what people think and a general lack of common sense. It is so exhausting and I don’t see an end any time soon. I am not sure what the end of all this looks like, but whatever it takes to find a better balance with all the stuff I mentioned I hope comes sooner rather than later.

agreed with 90% of this. Hilary was an awful candidate, trump while he says stupid things (a lot), I liked the appeal of someone not being a career politician being elected. Think about these presidential candidates and the money they get for their campaign, and you better believe they expect something in return. I like that trump doesn't need any favors from certain groups, he donates his salary to charity, he's not a lifelong politician (most are corrupt). However, I agree it's sad that we can't find better presidential candidates than trump, Biden, Bernie, and Hilary. There's a lot of smart people out there. I think our 2 party system is broken and needs revamped.

I honestly hope not because we shouldn’t be fighting one another like they want us to. We should be focusing on the leaders of the country and abolishing bias media from either side. Right now the left owns most of the media but that could change also. Regardless of which “side” anyone’s on we should push for non-bias media outlets that report truth instead of twisting chit around to pander to the audience.


But, if it does breakout more people are ready than one might think. There’s a huge portion of the US that is silent but waiting. They’ll find out if they’ve pushed too far and it really won’t be close. I don’t want any of that to happen even if I’m wrong. It should be avoided by a much smarter civilization. There’s no reason we should be discussing this type of chit when the corrupt politicians are the ones that take our taxes every year and live like royalty from all of our hard work.

I do agree that we need more people who are not career politicians. Term limits need to happen ASAP.

This is the part that seems insurmountable to me. The radical left owns all of these institutions and all of the culture carriers. America is an oligarchy ruled by the rich and powerful institutions and right now they're all radical leftists.

I don't know how this changes. These movements and the huge cultural shift over the last decade is not organic, it's deliberate and backed by billions and billions of dollars. I don't see what could topple it.

It's easy to say "gun toting right wingers would rek soyboys lololol" except that this version of the left isn't a grassroots movement, it's backed by serious power and money.

Just like how the radical left isn't an organic movement, the right hasn't had representation in government since 2001. I called it an oligarchy and oligarchy is not democracy. Trump was always a middle finger to the system for providing the epitome of douche vs turd sandwich options given to the people not any sort of real representation for the right. A semi-conscious ape who was slightly left of centre would have destroyed Trump in 2016 easily but democrats were too stuck on "it's her turn" to put up a real candidate.

And by the way, people who were normal democrats a decade ago are considered fascists now. By 2020 standards about 85% of people in 2010 were hitler loving fascists. This kind of radical change isn't good for the regular person no matter where you fall on the political spectrum. I'm not hating on the left, they're a necessary part of society just like the right - but I am absolutely concerned about the radical left and especially since it isn't grassroots or organic and is transforming radical left positions into normal left politics through those institutions of power.
