What causes dudes to have grey hair in their 20’s

Friend of mine had grey hairs in his 20’s says it’s stress but his daddy pays his rent

Pigment cells in your hair follicles die and you no longer have the ability to color it once yours are gone.

So cell death is the answer to your question
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Probably genetics. I started losing my hair in my 20s, shaved my head because I wasn't in denial. So I have no clue if I'm going gray.

Some of my co-workers have a full head of hair, and they're going gray in their mid-20s.

It is kind of cool when you have an intense workout, and all of the veins pop out of your skull. Especially if you're lean.

Stress definitely helps, but genetics play a big role.

Genetics. There was an asian kid at my high school that had a few grey hairs on his head before even turning 18.

Gray hair will make you look older than you are. Balding to, but then you just shave the head.

Yeah, to be honest it wasn't obvious that he had grey hairs from the front. But I walked behind him going down the stairs once and noticed he had 20-30 grey hairs scattered around his head.

Your hairline wraps halfway around your skull.

Yup it ain't that low, although the cellphone camera lens is probably blowing it out proportionately at that distance

I think it's mostly stress.

My dad has had a full head of gray hair since my earliest memories of him, so he's been fully gray since he was like 35ish year old. I'm 35 right now, and don't have a single gray hair on my entire head. I'll have to pull a gray maybe 2-3 times per year that I notice.

The only time in my life I've ever noticed increased balding and grayness was when I was in an extremely high stress work situation, and I took steps to combat it. Seems to have worked quite well, as I don't have any further gray or hairloss since then.

Stress.

Even rent paying parents can cause stress.
