IFBB pro Luke Sandoe who died aged 31, death revealed to be HEART FAILURE NOT SUICIDE

Statement released by his family.

I'll be honest I'm not surprised, we saw the industry do the same thing when Dallas died, tried to cover it up as being a death by choking when he'd actually had a heart attack.

Starting weight 130lbs
Current stats: 6"2, 210lbs.

The 8th and final rule: If this is your first night at Gym Club....... you have to squat.

Given his age and appearance it seems his heart did commit suicide

By buff you mean what exactly? Lean, large, both?

240lbs at 5'10" is too big to most people but 200lbs is going have panties dropping EVERYWHERE.

nah 5'10 200 lbs is still too big/fat (probably fat people are delusional about their bf level) for most girls to like you. I'm not talking about whales here, actual attractive girls with healthy weight (100-140 lbs, assuming theyre average height)

Bruce lee, brad pitt, chris evans are chick-slaying physique so probably around 150-180 lbs if 5'10

Obviously, he was using too much "special sauce." I wonder if he was related to Eugene Sandow, the father of modern Bodybuilding?

The older I get, the more stupid I think open bb is.

Glad classic is taking over. Not healthy by any means, but certainly better.

Sorry if this makes the die hard fans angry.

Apparently this is controversial. His best friend and the friend that found him deceased is saying it was 'intentional' (IE suicide). No family wants to believe their son/brother killed them-self. Cause of death may have been heart failure, but what substance caused his heart to fail?

Because if he wins Mr Olympia he could literally build a multi million dollar career off of it.

Think about it this way. If could make millions if you bulked up (Say fat) to 250lbs for a couple of years, would you do it? You can always cut back down/lose the weight after.

All of his competitors are ticking time bombs as well. They'll make all kinds of excuses though to continue using though. "Oh it won't happen to me."

Dorian Yates and Jay Cutler are both healthy and they were both mass monsters. I think all the new school guys that are dying young just use entirely too much gear and/or don't know what they are doing.

Greg Doucette did a video awhile back noting that even the classic physique guys use ridiculous cycles that don't make any sense now.

Adonis complex, narcissism. Absolutely comparable to bulimia and anorexia from a mental standpoint.

Drinking the amount of OJ the pros are on can do all kinds of things to the heart. The main things are: increased hematocrit(thick blood), harden the arteries/veins, and increase the size of the left ventricle. It can also lower HDL significantly.

A lot of these guys are ticking time bombs.

Yep , once you have this idea of self perception its never enough... You could always be bigger , leaner , & better... and then Bigger , Leaner , & Better...

AND BIGGER , LEANER , & BETTER...

Then all the sudden you are sitting at your desk weighing 250lbs @ single digit BF% eating chicken & green beans...again

huge LVH from 30iu a day and messed up lipids from megadosing + genetic predisposition. Kidneys were probably shot too, and if homie took stims or rec drugs like 99% of pros then it's a matter of when, not if

A kid in my HS died from a heart attack at 18, it can happen young and massive abuse is going to massively increase the chances.

This is why I only stick to TRT and try to stay under 230 these days

I don't believe anything douche-ette says but lol, even the men's physique dudes I knew back in LA were pounding grams of tren a week plus tons of oral.

Abuse for Classic is appropriate tho since the guys in the 70s and 80s were using insane amounts of gear since they had no hgh or slin lol

I imagine quite a few of us have struggled with some, or all of the above to some degree.

Yeah man modern day BBers are using too much gear and pinning such high doses. Not even the BBers back in the 90s-2000s used that much gear. Totally ridiculous.

Look up Brandon Harding's supplement stack, the one that caused him to have a mental breakdown. Insane the amount of protein shakes he was taking considering he's not even that big

This x1000. Even some of your every day gym bros are on cycles comparable to IFBB pros.

I still believe Luke may have killed himself, but either way its still terrible. I met him one time, and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. Dallas did choke on food, but due to Hypoglycemia. He passed out after one of his "daily routines"

Anyone noticing a trend here? When mccarver died, hormone abusers across the globe hopped on the speculation train that it was because he choked on his food, not because of his monumental earth shattering abuse of tech

Same went for rich piana, and that it was primarily the recs which fukked him up.

Now appears to be the same for this guy

The denial from the bodybuilding community about how bad these substances really are is truly staggering
