Its tough. Most of those drink girls walking around the casino don't make any in tips, a lot of the gamblers are penny pinchers they will put 500 in a machine but not tip or only give them coins.

I have gambled at some good level casinos here in Mexico and they would have model level girls at the vip areas.

There is a local casino I go to.

One of the cocktail waitresses there is this 40-50 year old Asian lady. Looks like she's seen some sh!t.

I always tip her 20 bucks when I first see her and then just a dollar a drink after. I swear she brings me drinks every 10min or less, no lie and she will hunt my azz down to get them to me.

tldr: Find a steady cocktail server, establish a rapport, profit.

I cocktail waitressed at a nightclub back in the early 90's and usually made at least $100. bucks for a couple hours of work. Then I was a tiki tub girl and made even more just standing there behind the tub and popping bottle caps. There were certain tubs that got more traffic and we all got rotated through the different tubs.

100- couple hundred a day from the ones I talked to when I used to work the casino.
Doesn't really matter how how they are though cause at casinos they usually make them add up all their tips together and split it.

I used to date one that worked at the Bellagio casino - They make about $150 - $250 in tips but that's actually a lot of work for that kinda money because remember the drinks are free

That must've actually been really fun especially in the early 90's at a nightclub since people would actually have to interact with each other face to face no smart phones, and the music was GOAT in the 90's.

The rate to fuk a girl of this level is about $5000 MXN per hour which is around $270 USD

At the casino I work at the ugly dudes working swing shift cocktail servers make about 75k a year starting at minimum wage. The girls I know working day shift make around $150 in tips a day. I live in a little city in Northern CA though.

Here in St Louis casino employees make chit money. Even the "executives" salary is a joke. In Vegas or Macau i'm sure they do well and i'm guessing they zuck dink on the side as well.

If they happen to be luckier and cross someone who had a great or lucky day at the tables, ive heard of days over 10k.

I had a friend who worked as a bartender in a relatively small casino.

She was unattractive, but had implants. Maybe it was the mix of tits, decent body, and attainable face that brought in the cash, but she was making about $120,000+/yr.
