Keep recording and call the law then wait for the calvery. Too many scenarios in this situation where it does not end well. Of course you can go with the other option of trying to act like a tough guy and engage a clear idiots stupidity.

He’s clearly a sociopath. It is the duty of the strong in society to protect the weak.

Clearly he’s had a lifetime of preying on the weak. It must end at some point, now is as good a time as any.

Better now since anything you do to him is self-defence.

What if the next person he harasses is your mum or sister?
