Ring dips are superior than bar dips for muscle growth

Ring dip are superior than bar dips for muscle growth because ring dips work more muscles ring dips work your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and rotator cuff rear delts and it also works your core alot more than bar dips that's why ring dips are superior for muscle growth. I guarantee if Arnold did rings he would have a even bigger chest than he did when hes was competing in the mr olympia

Mirin brah.

I used to do high reps with 60kg (132lbs) but that was on virgin straight bar dips, doesn’t compare to 25lbs on Chad ring dips

60kg weighted straight bar dips are not impressive at all straight bar dips are not a true test of dipping strength because ring dips are way harder and secondly I'm a 135lbs

Just for general assurance, the video's and photos of that one specific bloke OP is posting about is not him. Many threads have already been made where he was exposed as to using another guys's photos.

OP is just an idiot at this stage and identifies as a donkey

The fact is that most gyms won't have ring dips, and the average gym goer would likely tear their rotator cuff trying to do a ring dip. Even ridiculous crossfit athletes get wrecked by the rings.

I used to dip your bodyweight for high reps and you’re telling me it’s not impressive; that’s enough misc for me today

It's not impressive to me because it was done on straight bar which is easy as **** I guarantee you if you were to get on some rings you will not be able to a single rip that how difficult ring dips truly are and on monday I will post a video of me doing straight bar dips with 4 plates for high reps
