Buy the wood, sand it, stain it, etc. Build your own mini garden beds and grow spinach and cherry tomatoes. Build a small stool for your place. Build a small wooden compartment for your phone and keys. Build a side table for your couch or bed. Build a shoe rack.
No restrictions. Pick something and do it. Take pride in doing your best. You grow from it and get better at it, plus you get to say you made that from your bare hands and creativity.

A normal IRL therapist is around $100/session - once/week would be about the same you're paying for 'virtual.' Why not do the real thing?

Last year I had an absolute blast making my own sand bag weights and buckets for farmers walks and make stuff for grip work. I started a small garden this year and I literally almost shed a tear because I have never had my own garden before, and was seeing it grow from my own work.
People take for granted the smallest things in life. Actually putting your hands to work, your mind to work, and being productive even if it is something small, is an amazing rush.

GJDM. I've been thinking about it for years. I don't believe I'm "clinically depressed," but have some anger issues that fuk life up every now and and then.
Good luck OP

lmao at the person who said any honest therapist would lose their job. They cannot touch most real stuff. They can give you basic structure to avoid simple mistakes.
