Try prosacea gel. I used to use it and it works well.

I tried that with horrible results.

Metronidazole Topical Cream 0.75% works like a champ for me. You’ll need to see your dr for a prescription and it costs about $100 for a 45g tube, but it’s worth it.

No ma’am. I’m 40 and still have it. It actually gets worse with age for most when left untreated
