Rate this house/10

Had my agent put down an offer for $353K for this house (built in 2014, 2100+ sq ft, 3 br, 3 bth, 3 stories + roof top, 2 car garage, gated community in NW Las Vegas)

Roof top + view:

We’re all gonna make it.

$57

The steps aren't too bad, maybe when you try to move things around. The master br is on the 3rd floor and the living room kitchen are on 2nd:

Looks great. not my style, I don't like neighborhoods where all the houses look pretty similar, but it's nice. That view of the strip is badass.

I imagine there's an HOA? Be careful of Karen.

Looks like a lot of homes here in CA or Nevada.

For the price seems reasonable.

Really like the inside and how they have it decorated.

Not liking the outside of the house and the no yard.

6/10.

EDIT: Vegas. Makes sense.

Wait OP I don’t understand

You made an offer for 358 that got turned down or you want to sell it and you turned the offer down?

Nice house nevertheless but I’m not a fan of the kitchen sector and baths I’d say 6/10 because houses can be so much more luxurious than this but it’s still better than average

True, there's some compromise there. I got no pets though but having a yard is still better. The rooftop makes up for it.

The roof top space is awesome, and the side parking spot is nice too. The no yard feature is a big downfall imo as I like having a big yard, but some people could care less.

No pics.

It was listed on Thursday, checked it out the next day and made the offer. Hopefully we'll hear something next week. I assume the seller is trying to gather more offers but we put down a little bit more than the asking price.
