Aside from face and T&A, what's one part that stands out on girls/women?

I like women with nice arms that are toned just enough.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

Does she lift? She could work on her arms so they're not so flabby. Mine aren't thin anymore since not doing any upper body for a year before my shoulder surgery and the recovery afterwards at 47. I know I'll never get them back to that, but I've been working really hard on them for months now and it's paying off. I haven't lost any weight but they're more toned.
