He has literally spent enough money that he could have provided the vitamin b gel packs to several generations of malnourished populations in countries he has been testing vaccines in. Malnourishment in the first year of life cuts that persons earning potential (productivity, intelligence etc... in half)

He literally could have saved the third world by now with the money he has spent but has just been fiddling around with other experiments while claiming he is helping. In fact the only benefits most of his campaigns have seen occurred when applied in conjunction to providing aforementioned gel packs.

Dude has another agenda, ending malnourishment would have allowed those countries to fix their own problems. The money that’s been spent on charity is not getting the effect it could or should be achieving.

You're probably right that it could have been better, but he has still done a LOT of good work. I am sure he has done some things for ulterior motives. I mean, this is Bill Gates we are talking about, but I also believe now, in his later years, his main goal is to leave a legacy. I don't think he is an evil conspirator, and many of the claims I see against him come from these ridiculously edited youtube videos, such as in OP, where they take stuff out of context and smear him. I do believe he is now a great man doing the best he can for the world. His foundation has still helped a lot of people.
