brahs with physical jobs do you lift before or after work?

today at work i've walked 8 miles, i ended up lifting after work. i try to do it before though since you'll typically feel weaker after work no matter what

depends on your commute to the gym if it's like 5-10 mins away, gym first. my gym is farther now and i gotta do it after work, it's such a pain.

After. I've got to be at work 6:30am, and depending on where the site is, I might have to leave the house at 5am. My job hasn't been too physical lately (I'm a carpenter) but when it does, I'm still able to go pretty hard with my lifts and boxing.
I'm sure you could do it too.
