Calling out patagucci
Are you a trustfund kid?
you claim to make 200k a year in financials sales but yet live in the most poverty apartment. are always talking about interviewing for a "new job" meaning you might not even have a job. always talk about going back to school even though you make "200k". You party every day. seems like you just live off a trustfund and do whatever you want everyday. my guess is you never had a job. i'm not trying to be mean but everything you do just contradicts your claims. You have talked about having a rich dad though. so it adds up.

OP is dumb as phuck.
Downtown TO that chithole apt in the prime location hes in probably runs him $2500 a month.
He’s 30 and has no assets. He has zero to worry about with his savings. Having savings makes living the jobless lifestyle easy. I lost my job, went to school for this past year have Atleast another 8 months before I have to worry about finding a job.

I’ve been continually employed with no gaps for the past 5 years since graduating from university
This is the first time I’ve ever been out of a job
I made 176k one year - the year prior I made 110k and the year before that only 65k
So claiming I make 176k/year is not accurate
My dad has worked as a ceo of a publicly traded company, and has had senior executive finance roles
He has a 2 million dollar house in Toronto and paid for all my university and spending money in school
I grew up with my mom and step dad who are both blue collar and saw my dad every couple of weeks
The reason I’m able to not worry about money atm is because I received a pretty decent severance when I was fired - I don’t have a trust fund
I always had roommates and ... to get this place I had to pay 4300 for first and last so cheaped out on the furniture ... all in all it cost me 6k to even get the lease signed and move in with furniture - my rent is 2150/month
I spend a large portion of my income and partying and am fairly irresponsible that way

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

It's pretty easy to have that type of lifestyle after a couple decent years working. After I stopped working my corporate job like 5 years ago, I took 11 months off and traveled and partied pretty much every night. Having like $100k in the bank and low overall expenses can last a long time if you want it to.
In fact if the economy goes to complete chit later this year and I close a couple of the massive deals I'm currently working on, I might just say fuk it and do that again. But maybe permanently.

ITT: OP learns that people who net hundreds of thousands a year don't necessarily need to blow their nut on rent.

He probably thinks this is the Hello Kitty Island Adventure emotional support forum. Yet it's body(fooking)building.com. Not a safe space for his *******ry.
