I can guarantee you it's all stress and anxiety. You think you can't breath but you can, perfectly fine. Maybe work on your mental fortitude and stop acting like a chick.

I never said I canโ€™t breathe. The shortness of breath is an obvious side effect though. Thereโ€™s no ways around it. Unless you actually had covid, please stop telling me what I do and do not feel, *******.

There is a way around it. Stop being a drama queen and realize you lose a little breath with ANY upper respiratory infection. Maybe stop acting like you're going to die and realize you're just being a phucking drama queen. Don't worry you'll make it.

Just LMAO... So you're saying your mental health has no affect on your physical health?

Symptoms of anxiety:

stomach pain, nausea, or digestive trouble

headache.

insomnia or other sleep issues (waking up frequently, for example)

weakness or fatigue.

rapid breathing or SHORTNESS OF BREATH.
pounding heart or increased heart rate.

sweating.

trembling or shaking.

We're living in an age of misinformation and fear. Everyone is scared out of their mind and anxiety is on the rise. According to an article on the Washington Post, 1/3 of Americans now show signs of clinical anxiety or depression.

Oh, and keep in mind this post was written in may! Can't imagine what the numbers are like now. But yeah, has to do with the coronavirus, a virus that only kills old people and fat phucks. Like I said, OP has a weak mental and all you buying into this propaganda is only making the problem worse.

Whatever you do OP, do not listen to these idiots ITT.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

Real talk, youโ€™re fine. Iโ€™m a big believer that your mindset toward how you feel can make it better or worse. Especially for something youโ€™ve never had before

If you sit here and tell yourself this is terrible and youโ€™ll never recover youโ€™ll probably have a harder time recovering.

If you act like this is no big deal and get back to normal stuff (while quarantined) youโ€™ll get over it quicker.

Stop being a bitch and create your teaching materials like itโ€™s a normal day. If you use it as an excuse to lay around cause youโ€™re โ€œsickโ€ itโ€™ll take longer to get better

This goes for any illness, not just Covid FYI

Get a second test, just to make sure it wasn't a false positive. There is a lot of "positive" tests coming back that are due to lab contamination.

Wtf misc, shortness of breath (SOB) is comparable to being out of breath after doing strenuous cardio. It's not something that's "in your head".

good luck OP
