Lol finally got around to 3 plate bench



Gave it a random go today. Haven't benched in like 3 years. So yeah, checked a noob box, I'm sure I'd add a good amount to this if I actually trained it a few weeks. Incline is at 265x5

I am 12 weeks into a cut, so there's that

I know its a basic comment to say but a lot of people don't get the basics anymore

Flat bench is the bread and butter CORE fundamental work,

Incline/decline are mere ACCESSORIES to be added on after the core work is mastered.

So what makes this comical is that he mastered the accessories before the core. lol
