Yeah, if you look at the ingredient list, it's pretty much the same. There's no magical under eye ingredient. You can try differin gel. It's over the counter and I think it's better than retinol.

Azelaic acid is really good, particularly for people with red/pink skin, sun damage, acne, or rosacea. It lightens your skin a bit over time so maybe avoid it if that's a problem, otherwise it's great. Red light therapy is also where it's at. Just buy a $30 grow lamp for plants rather than drop $200 on an inferior product marketed to women

Retin A had my eye area looking red/scratched up but the rest of my face was fine.

Is there any GOAT product for that sensitive part of our face?

Oh you don't put it under your eye or side of your mouth first because it's irritating.

I have built up tolerance so I can put it under my eyes now. I try to put it on my neck too but oh laawd it gets red.

you could probably dilute the solution bro. doubt there is a better product than retinA for any part of your face.

A lot of people stop using Retin A because it causes irritation. You have to build up slowly.

Yeah, cerave is good. It has ceramides and hyalonic acid. You most def. do not want to spend $45 on a cleanser that you just gonna rinse right off unless you're a CEO10k/day.

current routine

morning: Aveno facewash, vitamin c serum, cera ve moisturizer/sunscreen
night: Aveno facewash, retinol serum, Brickell moisturizer


ordered Curology trial last week to see if it helps with occasional breakouts/scars: 0.01% Tretinoin, 1% Clindamycin, 4% Azelaic Acid

feels good to be finally taking care of my skin, wish i had been doing this throughout my 20s

I use these 2 daily. Nothing fancy but my skin feels fresh, clean, and not dried out after using it. Interested in the Cerave products now if they’re cheaper and work just as well.

Does cucumber actually work for reducing the appearance of darks under the eye?

Lol I dunno, maybe it's the cold compression thing. You can even put a cold towel under your eyes. I don't do anything extra for dark circles and puffy eyes but I know the recommendation is to learn to sleep on your back. Also to reduce sodium and of course always use sunscreen under your eyes. You can also use peptides. And for the love of God, do not smoke!

I have been pretty satisfied with Brickle products. Not expensive, all natural, has made a huge difference for me.

I also use cotz and Australian gold sun screen for my face. Australian gold is the better of the two.

I have a question for any of the skincare experts here. For the past 4-5 years every time I use sunblock on my body I get bumpy/rashy. It wasn't happening to my face and I've been able to use the various asian sunscreens on my face, neck and chest with no issues. When I was at the beach a week ago, I used Neutrgena Ultra Sheer 100 sunscreen on my face instead and my skin definitely felt different afterwards. I'm assuming I've got some kind of allergy to it now? Can anyone recommend a sunscreen I can try for my body that I might not react to? The asian sunscreens I use for my face are too expensive for that.
