Why the fukk do sloots become air hostesses?

Can understand it if it's Singapore Air First Class. But recently took a flight on a budget airline and it's a living hell.

Brb:

- Screaming kids the whole flight. Nobody tells them to shut the fukk up. And I'm talking about 8 or 9 year olds not babies.
- Having to deal with scumbag passengers who can't follow simple instructions.
- Having to clean filthy toilets used by said scumbag passengers, a few times per flight.
- Effectively being a waitress but in a super confined space.

By the end of the flight I was desperate to get the hell off. Yet these people are in this environment constantly.

Do they get paid a lot more than waitresses? Do they do it so they can fukk pilots? Get free travel.

Just seems like one of the worst jobs to me.

because they get to travel regularly outside of their shiit little town and get paid for it, it's "glamorous" and exciting, and some guys are attracted to the uniform. and for many it beats sitting in an office 9-5. oh and they can bang pilots and make lots of new work friends.

watch out tho - some of the Asian ones are trannies.

Maybe in Sing or Emirates first it's glamorous. But on these budget airlines it's the least glamorous job I can imagine. I do like the uniform though. Will watch out for Asian trannies.

They can make pretty decent money considering it's a job that requires zero school. It's an easy career to get into and become lower middle class with very little effort. If you stick with it and work for a good airline you can actually make pretty decent money (like 80k+).

You get to travel for free and have a decent allowance for hotel/food in between flights. Free flights are generally extended to spouse/SO/and close family members. A lot of airline's even give their attendants free passes, so they can fly with friends etc. Airlines generally work with one another on chit like this, meaning you can work for Spirit, and get free flights on Southwest, etc.

Most Flight Attendant scheduling is done on a Seniority based bid system. Meaning the longer you work for an airline, the more you can shape your schedule to your liking.

Most Airlines also have 401k plans and health insurance benefits etc.

For a job that requires no degree, it's pretty attractive.

They get paid well, they get travel benefits, and it’s really not that difficult of a job.

Recently read a Reddit thread about this and people were saying that flight attendants are pretty much always cheating on their significant others. Some of them even did prostitution in their overnight stops as a side gig. They’re called flying whores for a reason.
