Elites hate for Trump explained. Non political thread. srs.
Whether they are part of the ruling elites on the left (e.g. Pelosi) or never Trumpers on the right (e.g. Bill Kristol), they all consider themselves to be special and part of a very exclusive club that has been entrusted with the keys to the kingdom. It doesn't really matter who is in power from one administration to the next, they are all insiders and they all socialize together after hours. It's a club after all. They all profit so long as club members are in power.
Along comes Trump. He's not part of the club. In fact, he'll never be part of the club. He's crass and vulgar and sort of silly looking. They would never let him into the club. In fact, one club member taunted him publicly about that (i.e. Obama). Laughed about it. In a room full of club members, who laughed along with him.
So Trump said, "FU. I'll buy the club and turn it into condominiums". And he did. And he's started to. And that's why they hate him.
The club is represented by Judge Smails. Trump is Al Czervik.

So that's it in a nutshell. It's snobbery. They hate Trump because they think they're better than him, and despite that, he's accomplished more without the help of club membership than any of them have with club membership.

I don’t want to vote for Biden/Kamala because they’re bought and paid for politicians. I would consider voting for a dem if they found someone ivy league level educated that joined the military or maybe a lawyer just someone who seems like a good person thats smart. Thats not who they put up every election and not who republicans usually put up.
They put up dirty, corrupt people that are part of the establishment obsessed with manipulation and smoke in mirrors tactics and licks dog **** off the boots of lobbyists so that people continue to go to jail for weed (thanks Hillary) and just other clown world bs in general. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think trump is a good person. But none of them are good people and all the regulars are on the take. Most Americans are just too ****ing stupid to understand being corrupt doesn’t necessarily mean a shady thug handing you a box with a cake in it and $20,000 next to the cake. These days its “hey help get this bill passed that will have us continue digging up and rebuilding roads that theres nothing wrong with and in return we will pay you a million dollars to do a speaking arrangement next year.

OP is right, and most people see it. Americans aren't stupid. Americans don't believe whatever the media tells them to. We aren't mindless drones. We will be damned if we trust our politicians. We think for ourselves. That's what separates us from most people. Example: The factory in your town shuts down and moves overseas. One reason is it was an old factory and could not comply with EPA regulations. Democrats will tell you that you should be happy about it, because now those products you produced will be cheaper so that someone else buy them, and sales will go up, and you can buy them too.
