Whats bothering you OP?
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Had 2 friends lose everything thanks to the media hysteria for a hoax virus.

Both blew their brains out.

Those who demanded lockdowns and everyone who went along with it blindly are 100% responsible.

Not going to get into it but it's been a tough year. Like Eric Thomas said "don't call it a bad day(or year) call it a character building day.
I know who I am. And after all these years, there’s a victory in that.

Pretty good year for me tbh

Yeah a lot of disappointments but really made the most of things(all you can ever do). Best physique gains of my life, expanded my network insanely far, literally 10x my net worth and income from the previous year, all great stuff

I already know some of the worst years of my life will be the years I have to deal with the death of my parents or family/loved ones

Is this poll for people under 18 or what? Because it makes it sound like Canadians are a bunch of bitches that the worst thing they have gone trough is staying home and having no bars/gyms.

Same. On the positive side it's given me lots of time to self reflect and focus on what's holding me back.

I feel you. The last 4 years have just sucked for me. Two surgeries to my left arm, constant pain. A couple pass overs for a promotion although I did end up getting it last year. All the crap this year, now my shoulder is acting up again and I'm on a course of injections.

Yeah 2020 has really made me open my eyes. I can see things clearly now.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
