JK202 lifting update for Samsbolton :)
Because I know you worry about me. Just wanted you to know that things are going pretty well even 13 weeks into a deficit. Just in this last week 440 RDL, 9 plate hack and 275 incline. But hey, I can only bench 315

It’s a bit silly to claim numbers for partial lifts don’t you think? Do you agree with me?

I’ll make a serious point since I like to be helpful.
You work out with basically zero aggression. There’s no energy in your reps, it’s like watching my grandma.
You need a proper gym, not a spa or whatever that is. Try listening to Rammstein instead of Bach. Put some fukkin oomph into it, lift it like you mean it. Jesus.

And trust me, I'd love to never step foot in a commercial gym again, but it's the only thing available in a 30 min radius of me worth going to. Quite ridiculous.

5-15 range is where I pretty much live. Top sets 5-8 and a backoff set 8-12. Some higher rep stuff for lateral delts or something like a leg ext. I also like to sneak in a bit of volume after straight loading set in the form of a pumpy metabolic based sequence hitting 2-3 failure points through different loading ranges
Just what I enjoy and have added a solid amount of strength and thickness from it.
