Mostly through rep trading and getting repped by female miscers. I think miscers like Anachron and Aristotelian indulge in this. The entire point of reps was to differentiate between good, genuine posters who helped others and posters who made snarky remarks, belittling others. As you can see, this isn't the case now.

One thing I noticed a while back is that all the female miscers have very similar rep to post ratios, somewhere like 12-15 : 1. I don't want to say they're all rep trading, but my hunch is there's a certain number of WKs here who just keep repping them on R/C. Your JaymezJs of the world, if you will.
